Beetroot Ink

Instructions

• Boil beetroots until soft
• Juice or mash into a liquidy pulp
• Strain through cheesecloth, muslin, or a fine sieve ( if using a sieve you may have to strain more than once to remove the fibers)
• While the juice is still warm (if cooled just reheat) add in a little gum Arabic powder, stirring until this juice has thickened slightly
