Bacon and Leeks
What You Need
1 pound of bacon
3 fresh leeks, chopped
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic, pressed
Bread of your choice
- Fry the bacon and drain off excess fat.
- Remove from pan and chop into small pieces.
- Return to pan, and add garlic, leeks, and onions.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- When onions are opaque, remove from heat and serve scooped onto warm, soft bread.
